At NESA AGAC, quality is the cornerstone of our production process. Compliance with international quality standards at every stage from raw material selection to final product shipment is our principle. We are committed to consistently providing our customers with high-quality wooden pallets. Our quality management system is built on the principles of continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and standards compliance.
Our Certificates
- EPAL License (European Pallet Association): Our EPAL certificate documents that the Euro pallets we produce comply with the strict quality and safety standards set by the European Pallet Association. Our EPAL-branded pallets are accepted throughout Europe and can be used with confidence. This license is renewed annually through regular audits and tests.
- ISPM-15 Certificate (International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures): Certifies that wooden packaging materials have been subjected to heat treatment (HT) to prevent the spread of harmful organisms in international trade. Our ISPM-15 certified pallets can be safely used in export packaging and are accepted at customs crossings worldwide.
- TSE Certificate (Turkish Standards Institute): An official quality certificate demonstrating that our products are manufactured in compliance with national quality standards set by the Turkish Standards Institute.
Our Quality Control Process
Quality control at NESA AGAC is a systematic process integrated into every stage of production:
- Raw Material Inspection: Wood materials from suppliers are thoroughly examined for moisture content, straightness, cracks and pest infestation.
- Production Line Inspection: Dimensional accuracy, nail depth and structural integrity are checked during cutting, assembly and nailing stages.
- Heat Treatment Control: Kiln temperature and duration values are continuously monitored; heat treatment records are kept for each batch.
- Final Product Control: Completed pallets undergo dimensional measurement, load-bearing capacity testing and visual inspection.
- Pre-Shipment Control: Packaging condition, labeling and quantity checks are performed on products ready for shipment.
Raw Material Quality
The foundation of a quality pallet is quality raw material. NESA AGAC works with reliable and certified suppliers for wood raw material procurement. The lumber used is selected from species that are dried to appropriate moisture levels, straight-grained and durable.
